IMPORTANT NOTICE: BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE (WWW.PAIRTRADINGSIGNALS.COM), SUBSCRIBING TO ANY SERVICE, OR JOINING THE SILVERFIRE DISCORD SERVER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS, USE, OR SUBSCRIBE.

1. Publisher Status & Non-Advisory Nature
   Silverfire Research LLC (“Silverfire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a bona fide publisher of general circulation information and operates solely as such. We are not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), any state securities authority, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”), or any other regulatory body. Nothing on the Website, in our Discord server, white papers, marketing materials, signals, or any other content (collectively, the “Services”) constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell securities, futures, options, or any other financial instrument. The signals are general in nature, intended for informational and educational purposes only, and are not tailored to any individual’s financial situation, risk tolerance, objectives, or needs. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and must consult your own licensed financial, legal, tax, or other professional advisor before acting on any information from the Services.
2. Substantial Risk of Loss
   Trading securities, ETFs, FX, futures, options, or other instruments involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some, all, or more than your original investment. Past performance, whether actual, hypothetical, or simulated, is not indicative of future results. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.
3. Hypothetical & Simulated Performance
   HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT ACTUALLY BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. IN FACT, THERE ARE FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM.
4. Technical & Delivery Risks
   The pair trading signals published through the Services are generated automatically by proprietary algorithms and are not manually reviewed, filtered, or adjusted for any corporate actions (including but not limited to stock splits, dividends, spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions, or other events), upcoming earnings releases, regulatory announcements, material news, or any other fundamental or event-driven developments that may affect the underlying securities, ETFs, or FX pairs. Because of this automatic, unfiltered process, signals may be generated and delivered at times when market conditions, news, or corporate events render them unsuitable, obsolete, or invalid for trading. We make no representation or warranty that any signal remains valid, executable, or appropriate after its generation, and we expressly disclaim any obligation to monitor, update, or retract signals based on subsequent events.

It is solely the responsibility of each subscriber and user to independently verify all relevant information — including current news, corporate actions, earnings calendars, regulatory filings, and market conditions — before acting on any signal. Users must conduct their own due diligence to determine whether a given signal represents a valid, timely, or suitable trading opportunity in light of all available facts. Failure to perform such diligence may result in significant losses, and Silverfire shall not be liable for any such losses.

Signals are generated on cloud-based servers and transmitted via third-party services (including Make.com, email providers, and Discord). These signals are not real-time; inherent delays (seconds to minutes or longer) exist between generation and receipt. We use reasonable best efforts to maintain system reliability but make no representations or warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or secure delivery. We are not liable for any failure, delay, outage, or error caused by third-party providers, internet connectivity, server issues, cyberattacks, or any other technical disruption. Execution prices, liquidity, and market conditions may differ significantly from those indicated due to delays or other factors. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties
   THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS. WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN THE SIGNALS, DATA, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED.
6. Limitation of Liability
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILVERFIRE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SILVERFIRE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silverfire and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or any content you submit or transmit.
8. Subscription Terms
   Subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use only by private individuals. Professional users (as defined by brokers, including but not limited to those required to register as professionals under FINRA, SEC, or similar regulatory rules, such as investment advisers, broker-dealers, or institutional traders) are not eligible to subscribe or use the Services. If you are a professional or represent a professional entity, do not subscribe. Instead, please contact us at support@pairtradingsignals.com and we will look to tailor a signal solution adapted to your professional needs. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

Subscriptions are non-refundable except as expressly stated. All sales of digital goods and services are final. You may cancel future recurring payments at any time via your account settings, but no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid. Prices, including exchange fees, are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.

All plans auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to renewal. If you are on a trial period, you will be billed at the end of the trial unless canceled. A portion of your subscription fee may include an exchange fee paid to securities exchanges by Silverfire; these fees are non-refundable. Payment is accepted by credit card for monthly and annual subscriptions.

9. Software & Intellectual Property Ownership
   Any software, algorithms, tools, or code used or included in the Services (the “Software”) contains proprietary elements owned by Silverfire and/or licensed from third parties. Silverfire and its licensors retain all title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the Software. Your access to the Services does not constitute a sale or transfer of the Software. You agree not to alter, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, scrape, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Software or any content. All content on the Services is copyrighted and protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
10. Account & Use Restrictions
    You may not share your account credentials, redistribute content, scrape the Website, or use automated systems to extract data. Subscriptions are for personal use only by the individual subscriber and may not be used for commercial, professional, or institutional purposes. You agree not to share passwords, access, or signals with others. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund or compensation, and forfeiture of any prepaid fees.

You agree not to post illegal, abusive, spam, promotional, or disruptive content in the Discord server. We reserve the right to remove content or ban users at our sole discretion without notice or refund.

11. Discord Code of Conduct
    By joining the Discord server, you agree to the following:

• Nothing on the Services constitutes financial advice. Trading involves risk, and you may lose money.
• Use of signals is at your own risk; evaluate all information independently.
• Do not engage in harmful, abusive, derogatory, vulgar, racist, or hateful language, spam, solicitation, or illegal activities (e.g., pump-and-dumps, tax evasion, securities violations). Violations may result in muting, removal, or ban without warning or refund.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
13. Changes to Terms
    We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page regularly.
14. Entire Agreement
    These Terms, together with our Risk Disclosure (available at www.pairtradingsignals.com/riskdisclosure) Privacy Policy (available at www.pairtradingsignals.com/privacy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Silverfire.
